Born with what I call the gift of sight
My spiritual journey did not begin with formal training; it began in childhood. From as early as I can remember, I experienced what I describe as a gift of sight: an ability to perceive clairvoyantly and sense beyond the thin veil between this world and the spiritual world.
I believe this sensitivity runs strongly through the women in my family. My grandmother read tea leaves, and I feel this intuitive connection forms part of my family lineage and has been passed down through generations.
When I was younger, these experiences could feel overwhelming and frightening. I had natural abilities but did not yet understand how to work with them. My path became one of taking my power back: learning to ground myself, trust my discernment, connect with my spiritual guides and approach each experience with confidence, responsibility and respect.
My natural abilities have since been supported by extensive training in Reiki, Holy Fire® Karuna Reiki®, intuitive development and clairvoyance, Access Bars®, and immersive mediumship study at Arthur Findlay College. My travels to Japan and Mount Kurama also deepened my personal relationship with Reiki and its origins.
Access Bars®
Space for stillness and new possibilities
In-person only
Access Bars® is a gentle, hands-on session in which light touch is applied to 32 points on the head. Within the Access Bars® approach, these points are associated with different areas of life, including thoughts, emotions, beliefs, creativity, communication, money, control, joy and healing.
People often choose a session when they feel stuck, overwhelmed or ready for change. Its intention is to help loosen limiting thoughts, patterns, blocks and hurdles that may no longer serve you, making space for greater ease, clarity and different choices. Experiences and outcomes vary from person to person.
There is no music during the session. I intentionally hold a quiet space so that you can be fully present within yourself while I deliver the Bars. There is nothing to achieve, analyse or perform. You may simply rest, receive and allow the silence to be part of the experience.

House and property clearing is offered for homes, land and other spaces that feel unsettled, heavy or energetically disturbed. The work may include energetic cleansing, compassionate spirit communication, blessing a new home and restoring a sense of calm and safety within the space.
Where earthbound or confused spirits are perceived, the approach is gentle and compassionate, with the intention of helping them move on peacefully. The session may also explore unwanted energetic openings or portals associated with the property, including areas around mirrors or objects, and close or clear them where appropriate.
Some situations are more complex and may require more than one visit or session, particularly where persistent, manipulative or darker-feeling energies are involved. Each case is discussed privately, assessed individually and approached with clear boundaries and care.

This work may involve remote clairvoyance and remote viewing connected with a person, place, meeting, scene, object or unexplained event. Psychometry may also be used, where an object associated with a person or situation is read as a point of intuitive connection.
Where appropriate, the service can offer a supplementary spiritual perspective in missing-person matters, missing-object enquiries, crime-related questions or other investigations. It may include impressions, symbols, locations, emotional atmosphere or details that arise during the session.
